No, we aren’t a “lookalike band”. The guys dress in suits and the girls in a similar fashion as the band from the movie. most of us are Scottish, and we don’t do fake Irish accents either. (We have been asked)
No, we are a band that celebrates the music from The Commitments. Even though the film featured a fictional band, they did do a few tours. The official touring band is called “The Stars from The Commitments”. Some of the actors from the movie play regularly with them. Go see them, if you get the chance, they are fantastic!
